Sexy bedroom photos of Hong Kong top model Gaile Lai, girlfriend of Heavenly King Leon Lai, are currently spreading on the Internet. The source of these photos was pointed to the Facebook account of female photographer Eydie Tai. Lai is known to be bold in taking provocative photos which had been published on tabloids.

Tai, who shot Sammi Cheng's album cover photos, uploaded photos she had taken of 40 top models which include Lai, Balia Chan and Lisa S, onto her personal Facebook account and set the privacy level of photo album to "Everyone", whereby anyone with or without a Facebook account can view the photos.

Judging from the background of the series of 43 photos, it is believed that they were shot at the models' private apartments.

In the photos, Lai was seen in alluring poses, sitting and lying on her bed filled with plush toys, dressed in sexy lingerie; another photo featured her biting her lips provocatively, in a tank top, seeming without her bra on, sitting on a flush toilet.

According to reports, Lai was stunned and helpless when she learnt that her photos had been spread via her photographer's Facebook account. Apparently, the photos were uploaded without permission.

According to reliable source, Tai has excellent socializing skills and knows many top models and celebrities. In addition, she is one of the very few female photographers in showbiz; many female stars have thus more comfortable working with her.

Gaile Lai (Chinese: 樂基兒, Pinyin: Lè Jī'ér), born Gia Lai on August 22, 1980, better known as Gaile Lok, a Hong Kong fashion show model, magazine cover girl and an actress, was born in Macau, and studied in the United States.

Lok made her film debut starring in the 2000 romantic film, I Do, and subsequently appeared in another film entitled My Sweetie in 2004. When she made her debut, some Hong Kong entertainment information magazines had compared her likeness to that of Shu Qi, a Taiwanese actress.

As of 2006, Gaile was dating Leon Lai, a Hong Kong actor and singer. With this relationship, she became a target of papparazzi and the media. In 2006, a magazine published an article and intimate photographs of her with Lai at the latter's residence, prompting the Hong Kong Actors Guild to protest "irresponsibility" on the part of the magazine.

Miss World Brazil finalist Mariana Bridi Da Costa (photos, pics, video) amputated

This is not a scandal but a tribute to the fighting spirit of Ms Mariana Bridi for her fighting spirit to live on.

Brazilian model and former Miss World Brazil finalist Mariana Bridi Da Costa, is battling for her life after her hands and feet was amputated.

Thiago Simoes, Da Costa’s boyfriend said that Bridi fell ill on December 30 and was initially misdiagnosed with kidney stones.

Bridi’s condition worsened and she had to return to the hospital where doctors determined she was suffering from a severe UTI (Urinary Tract Infection). Bridi’s doctors found out that she was also suffering from septicimea, a blood infection that limited the supply of oxygen to her extremities.

The septicimea had set in her limbs, cutting off circulation and forcing doctors to amputate her hands and feet.

The cause of the septicemia was pseudomonas aeruginosa bacterium that is a bacteria often found in drug users although there is absolutely no reason to expect that is the case here.

Several sources are reporting the tragedy. Initially, Mariana Bridi da Costa was diagnosed with kidney stones however after she was away from the hospital she was readmitted and it was found that she had a urinary tract infection which is a common symptom of pseudomonas aeruginosa and ultimately septicemia developed.

When the septicemia developed it stopped blood flow to the hands and feet and the hands had to be amputated first then the feet. The bad news doesn't end there.

da Costa has a rare blood type, it was necessary to remove her stomach and she has now been put on a respirator and is fighting for her life.

Mariana Bridi da Costa's website crashed at one point after absorbing over 15,000 hits because of the request for the special blood type.

Mariana Bridi da Costa was the runner-up for Miss World and had placed very high in other contests as well.

The situation has made the world take note. More than 100 people have donated blood in her name. Contact has been made from Australia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, France, Italy, USA and Russia just to name a few.

If she is in Septic Shock the mortality figure is over 50%.

In the United States back in the 1960's there were tragic deaths of both Jayne Mansfield and Marilyn Monroe who were considered sex symbols and with their very "up" persona seemed larger than life.

Usually when a person is on a respirator after this type of surgery, the prognosis is not good, however, we must hope and her family asks for your prayers indicating she is a fighter.
